About 1 in 3 older adults and veterans 65+ live alone. 24% of them are considered socially isolated. Isolation raises stroke risk by 32%, dementia risk by 26%, heart disease risk by 29%, and premature death by 31%.

Scammers stole $7.75 billion from vulnerable seniors who are defenseless from predators in 2025, a 59% increase from 2024. Roughly 75% of seniors face scam attempts, with 41% admitting to losing money.
Caregiver Crisis
Our Caregiver shortage sits at 355,000 and growing. Nearly 1 in 4 (63 million Americans) work an average extra 27 hours a week, providing unpaid care to another adult family member, a nearly 50% increase since 2015.
