What you will get

• Get help: when they press the Get help button, asking you to check on them. It always says: if this is an emergency, call 911, ALMA cannot.
• Please call: when they ask ALMA to let you know they would like to talk.
• A missed reminder: only if they turn this on and choose you. It never names a medication.

ALMA never sends advertising, offers or promotions by text. A text never includes their location or anything they said to ALMA.

What happens when you text JOIN

You get one reply:

“ALMA my friend: you have joined. We will text only if someone whose Circle you are in asks for help, asks you to call, or misses a reminder. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to end.”

Stopping and help

Reply STOP at any time and ALMA will not text you again. To join again, reply START or JOIN. Reply HELP for help, or write to alma@almamyfriend.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A text can arrive late or not at all, so Get help is never a substitute for calling 911.
